Trump and His 2016 Election Team:
Conspiracy To Commit Treason

As the Special Counsel continues his investigations into the Russian government's influence of the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election, by request, I am making available probably the single most important document which explains to the novice just exactly how The Kremlin and it's agents worldwide were able to influence events around this election - to an oblivious U.S. electorate which assumed that all the information being provided about Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton was 'genuine' and 'true' and, on such basis, were prepared to vote Mr Trump into Office.

I made this and similar related documents which explain how Russia, it's agents in the U.S. and worldwide, successfully hacked and subverted the U.S. Presidential Election available for your reading in January 2017.
Because 'Spearphishing' forms such an important fulcrum in how the Kremlin 'managed' the U.S. election, I am making it separately available for your downloading from:





I have said (above) that there was a 'conspiracy' to commit treason.
This is solely a personal viewpoint based on my interpretation of available intelligence (data.)
I have to add that it does concur with every U.S. Intelligence Community assessment of the 2016 Presidential Election.
The only dissenting voice is that of the incumbent President of the United States, Donald Trump, who is attempting both to render ineffective - through mergers and proposed abolition - all such agencies in due course, and 'replace' remaining senior staff as quickly as he can find 'loyal' supporters to 'politicize' these agencies of government who have a unanimous opinion contrary to his own (and that of The Kremlin I might add.)


My last blog discussed, mainly by easy-to-read references, how a 'conspiracy' is defined.
Rather than re-invent the wheel, these articles clearly explain the term  'conspiracy' as interpreted in the U.S. Constitution. 
Because, however, of modern technology - and the ability to 'link' 'actors' [suspected conspirators] in ways not previously available - including synchronous timelines - this task will be addressed by the Special Counsel - who at some stage will give his final Report on the crises of confidence (again my view) in the system and the open process for free and fair elections in the world's greatest democracy.

Not just America but the entire world is awaiting the outcome of this investigation and the hope is that a future President of the United States and Congress will share the knowledge and experience of this tragedy and the valuable cybersecurity data and  protective support systems - with other democracies worldwide to protect and strengthen their institutions from future cyberwarfare and Cyber-Gerrymandering (my 'coinage', highly relevant, but yet to be defined I'm sorry to say) by hostile countries.

Trump and His 2016 Election Team:
Conspiracy To Commit Treason

Since I mentioned this as a likely area of interest to the Special Counsel not long ago, it has now become a focal point for looking at by investigative journalists, researchers and analysts.

I have refrained from saying that it will be the main focus of the Special Counsel examining Russia's covert role in the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election because Robert Mueller will only draw his conclusions after his investigations finish and, as yet, nobody has any idea what those conclusions will be since his work has only begun.


The Emperor's New Clothes
I am not attempting to be speculative just for the sake of it but every sane individual who is a patriot and committed to the transatlantic partnership and alliance can visibly see that there is something insidious and treasonous inside a Republican Party which will sell it's very soul to the Russian Federation simply to suppress the truth about the 2016 Presidential Election which brought into Office the most disloyal, unpatriotic, treasonous individual in the history of the Presidency of the United States.
Somebody has to say it as it is.
I said this before Trump assumed Office and have consistently said so ever since his inauguration.

What will be required is not just a Panel to investigate Trump but, sad to say, a wider Panel to investigate the extent of treason by U.S. politicians and those holding Federal government and local administrative offices, who have, by their actions, aided and abetted the enemy, during a period of deliberate and coordinated cyberwarfare against the United States and it's Allies.

That all found complicit (in aiding and abetting or conspiring to aid and abet) should be barred from holding public and State Offices in any capacity is without any question nor doubt, in my opinion.


When A Conspiracy To Commit Treason Is An Impeachable Offence

To understand why I choose the term 'conspiracy to commit treason' you need to appreciate:

*who partook in that conspiracy and how they all linked in the timeline of events to conspire with a hostile foreign power against one candidate (Hillary Clinton) during an election for the Office of the President of the United States.

*what is a conspiracy against the United States and it's Allies in this digital age where the U.S. and it's allies ARE in a global cyberwar against a hostile foreign power - the Russian Federation, its Allies and it's agents worldwide.

*why there was a conspiracy by President Trump and his Election team starting in mid-June, 2016 [but more likely the path having secretly been prepared long in advance by parties yet to be unmasked.]

*why this conspiracy is treason and is not, as President Trump says, a 'normal' state of affairs 'anybody would have done the same (as his 'kid' son) in similar circumstances' (paraphrased).


Protecting Both The U.S. Constitution and the Free World From Infiltration, Appointee 'Agents' and 'Sleepers' Of Hostile Superpowers Powers
The next question which somebody has to have the courage to ask (since nobody in the media will address it) is this:
What are the conditions where the leader of the free world, through treachery and dereliction of duty, exposes on a daily basis that same democratic order worldwide to further threats from enemy 'combatants' (any individual acting on behalf of or through his or her actions offering support to the Russian Federation) where those entrusted with the protection of the Constitution are required themselves to protect that same Constitution from further infiltration and exposure whilst the wheels of democratic accountability [the work of the Special Counsel] proceed unhindered?
I have phrased this as diplomatically as I can because most Republican politicians have closed their eyes to the reality of what is happening and how their inaction will destroy America's credibility as leader of the free (democratic) world and leave it isolated from it's traditional allies whilst it's President (naively) seeks a global financial (and military?) 'alliance' with China and Russia to rule the planet.

This is (sadly) what you get when someone with no political experience is propelled into the highest office in the world, the Presidency of the United States.

Dark Territory
Because it is unknown terrain, those with authority and responsibilities must quickly figure out a solution because if they do not, their (ultimate) 'replacements' will all be Kremlin allies, Kremlin go-betweens or 'stooges' who will endanger all serving patriots and their families both at home and abroad.

Conspiracy To Commit Treason Is An Impeachable Offence

[There's One Born Every Minute]

Where Conspiracy Is Treason
The story breaks today in 'The New York Times' that Donald Trump Junior met with a Russian 'go-between' who offered him damaging information about Hillary Clinton. Attending a meeting with the intent of intelligence gain from a hostile superpower to undermine democratic credibility in the U.S. electoral process, is, in my opinion, conspiracy with intent to commit treason.

On the basis of what you know about my lack of enthusiasm for Trump you would think I would be jumping for joy.  Quite the opposite. 
All of what is being revealed day by day about collusion and conspiracy with Russia's intelligence services and their outlets, all sadly confirm what I cautioned about last year – that Trump would betray the ordinary folk on the left and the right – leaving all brothers and sisters at war with each other – while he and his billionaire oligarch friends worldwide milk the country – the United States – and the world - dry of its resources.

I do not even blame Russia - since it is in their traditional (acknowledged) national interests to undermine the United States - but Trump and his team had the choice to refuse to 'collaborate' or seek the intervention of a foreign rival superpower.
They chose not to work with the IC in the United States but instead placed their faith and trust in the Kremlin and its intelligence community worldwide.


Everything I read suggest the impeachable offence of conspiracy to commit treason – but nowhere will you (as yet) read this as the intended path of the Special Counsel – since he himself has only begun to assemble the case.
This is how it just looks to myself folks.

Deja Vu
I am really sad for those people who 'believed' in Trump as someone who would (as they genuinely thought) 'drain the swamp' [and 'Lordie' knows it needs draining(!) ]
It turned out, however, that Trump IS the swamp [!]
There has never been a more corrupt superpower – as the pre-eminent military power on the planet and based on the cult of personality - since Caligula and Nero in ancient Rome.

Preparing The Way
I am now convinced that America does need a Republican or Democrat leader – someone who will restore pride in nationalism, in patriotism, in equality and justice for all and, most important, really make America the technological powerhouse of the world again.


Utopian National Socialism As A Global Philosophy?
[National Socialism Justice and Free Enterprise – As A Philosophy For Good Not Evil]
The one good thing, when 'the swamp' is finally 'drained' is that America will, after evidence of all the (disgusting?) self-indulgence of Trump, his family, his scyophants and privileged elites, is fully revealed for Americans and the world to see, that most Americans will then be ready to accept a new political formulation - a vision of one people, one country and one leader -who will put America back to work – with universal education health care and the dignity of a single living wage for all as a right not as a privilege.
To say that a single parent or nuclear family should have the dignity of one job with a dignified liveable wage is, at present, heresy, in all societies throughout the world.

To change this requires a change in social policy combined with a national agenda which is inclusive rather than exclusive – hence my terminology 'national socialism'.

When Nationalism and Social Policy Can Be Forces For Good Not Evil
This, and not political extremism, exclusion nor racism, is the true basis of national socialism with equality and justice for all.
So perhaps the coming into Office of a character such as Mr Trump, the way he achieved Office and how he continues to divide through anger, suspicion and division, may not be a bad thing to forge a complete break with everything he and his elite minority represent.

I can really now see that the time is nearing when most Americans will be more amenable to a new form of nationalism after they see, with evidence, the full extent of the pillaging of America by the billionaire oligarch class and their ultra-wealthy supporters at the expense of the weak and those most in need of a 'hand up' rather than a 'helping hand'.

As The Excluded and Embittered Left and Right Battle Each Other For The Crumbs Falling From The Table..........
In the meanwhile my hope is that brothers and sisters do not fall into the trap of in-fighting or directing their rage and frustration against those traditional 'scapegoats' - as these oligarchs attempt to 'pit' those with genuine grievances, those unemployed, those with high hope and few prospects, those impoverished and those working two and three jobs just to stay alive and feed a family - against each other.
They know that their only salvation is keeping the masses at war with each other – misdirecting their energies whilst they pillage and loot the world for themselves and their global business elites.
If you do that brothers and sisters, you will play further into the hands of those whose only objective is 'divide and rule'.

The Road Ahead
Now I do not know whether this new 'leader' will emerge from the Republican or Democratic parties nor how long it will take after Trump's 'America incorporated' exits, but I do believe that, after all the facts about how the American electorate were 'played' become known, most Americans will then be more receptive to 'genuine' political (and former military) candidates – with a different approach as to how to make America, as an economic and technological supergiant, great, once again.


''There's One Born Every Minute''
As to those who will still continue to 'believe in' Mr Trump, even after all the facts of treason and conspiracy to commit treason against the United States of America and its people are revealed; well, as they say, 'there's one born every minute.'

I do not even blame Russia - since it is in their traditional (acknowledged) national interests to undermine the United States - but Trump and his team had the choice to refuse to 'collaborate' or seek the intervention of a foreign rival superpower.
They chose not to work with the IC in the United States but instead placed their faith and trust in the Kremlin and its intelligence community worldwide.


Everything I read suggest the impeachable offence of conspiracy to commit treason – but nowhere will you (as yet) read this as the intended path of the Special Counsel – since he himself has only begun to assemble the case.
This is how it just looks to myself folks.

Deja Vu
I am really sad for those people who 'believed' in Trump as someone who would (as they genuinely thought) 'drain the swamp' [and 'Lordie' knows it needs draining(!) ]
It turned out, however, that Trump IS the swamp [!]
There has never been a more corrupt superpower – as the pre-eminent military power on the planet and based on the cult of personality - since Caligula and Nero in ancient Rome.

Preparing The Way
I am now convinced that America does need a Republican or Democrat leader – someone who will restore pride in nationalism, in patriotism, in equality and justice for all and, most important, really make America the technological powerhouse of the world again.


Utopian National Socialism As A Global Philosophy?
[National Socialism Justice and Free Enterprise – As A Philosophy For Good Not Evil]
The one good thing, when 'the swamp' is finally 'drained' is that America will, after evidence of all the (disgusting?) self-indulgence of Trump, his family, his scyophants and privileged elites, is fully revealed for Americans and the world to see, that most Americans will then be ready to accept a new political formulation - a vision of one people, one country and one leader -who will put America back to work – with universal education health care and the dignity of a single living wage for all as a right not as a privilege.
To say that a single parent or nuclear family should have the dignity of one job with a dignified liveable wage is, at present, heresy, in all societies throughout the world.

To change this requires a change in social policy combined with a national agenda which is inclusive rather than exclusive – hence my terminology 'national socialism'.

When Nationalism and Social Policy Can Be Forces For Good Not Evil
This, and not political extremism, exclusion nor racism, is the true basis of national socialism with equality and justice for all.
So perhaps the coming into Office of a character such as Mr Trump, the way he achieved Office and how he continues to divide through anger, suspicion and division, may not be a bad thing to forge a complete break with everything he and his elite minority represent.

I can really now see that the time is nearing when most Americans will be more amenable to a new form of nationalism after they see, with evidence, the full extent of the pillaging of America by the billionaire oligarch class and their ultra-wealthy supporters at the expense of the weak and those most in need of a 'hand up' rather than a 'helping hand'.

As The Excluded and Embittered Left and Right Battle Each Other For The Crumbs Falling From The Table..........
In the meanwhile my hope is that brothers and sisters do not fall into the trap of in-fighting or directing their rage and frustration against those traditional 'scapegoats' - as these oligarchs attempt to 'pit' those with genuine grievances, those unemployed, those with high hope and few prospects, those impoverished and those working two and three jobs just to stay alive and feed a family - against each other.
They know that their only salvation is keeping the masses at war with each other – misdirecting their energies whilst they pillage and loot the world for themselves and their global business elites.
If you do that brothers and sisters, you will play further into the hands of those whose only objective is 'divide and rule'.

The Road Ahead
Now I do not know whether this new 'leader' will emerge from the Republican or Democratic parties nor how long it will take after Trump's 'America incorporated' exits, but I do believe that, after all the facts about how the American electorate were 'played' become known, most Americans will then be more receptive to 'genuine' political (and former military) candidates – with a different approach as to how to make America, as an economic and technological supergiant, great, once again.


''There's One Born Every Minute''
As to those who will still continue to 'believe in' Mr Trump, even after all the facts of treason and conspiracy to commit treason against the United States of America and its people are revealed; well, as they say, 'there's one born every minute.'
